Free Airport Pickup Service
We will arrange for you to be met at the airport and transported to your new
accommodation when you arrive in Brisbane. This service is for confirmed bookings only.
Local Area Orientation
After you have settled into your new residence we will give you a tour of the
local area to show you the location of the nearest shops, health care services,
universities and any other services you are interested in.
Social Outings
Your University years are some of the best times of your life! We understand
that attending University in another country is opportunity for you to learn
about the culture of the country as well as concentrating on your academic
studies. We make the most of local knowledge and contacts to organise regular
outings for you to experience the wonderful Australian way of life.
Cleaning
Management cleans all shared areas in each apartments on a bi-weekly basis. Each
unit comes equipped with its own vacuum, mop, broom and cleaning equipment for
tenants to use as required.
Laundry
A fully equipped laundry including iron and ironing board is provided in each
apartment and the use if the facilities is free of charge.
Internet
The complex has broadband internet available for all tenants at an additional cost, this
service is provided to help with your studies while staying at the villas. All tenants
have free access to the complex intranet and the services it provides.
Telephone Services
The complex has multiple available landlines that can be connected specifically to a
single room to use at normal telecommunication provider rates, see the on-site manager
for details.
